GREEN JUICES AND ITS ADVANTAGES
Basically, green juice is combination of green vegetables and fruits. It can be used as a snack or sometimes as meal as well, by adding almond, butter cream (low fating) and some other stomach full ingredients are enough to make juice into smoothie and covert it into meal.
This is the best way to gain all nutrition from vegetable and fruits, which are hardly used in our daily life. It is also very helpful in many ways such as:

Fruit provides healthful carbohydrates, and diets rich in fruit and vegetables have been linked with lower body mass index, reduced risk of Type 2 diabetes and reduced risk of heart disease and mortality.
Precaution is better than cure. If you are not consuming your daily nutrition from fruits and vegetables then you are at very high risk. Most of us are not eating enough fruits and vegetables, so if [smoothies are] encouraging people to eat more fruits and vegetables, they’re keeping the other ingredients pretty healthy and they’re finding them satisfying, I think that could be a good thing.
